I would have appreciated being able to upgrade to a 2 bed room at no cost as I've done with other hotels obtained thru priceline. No free maid service for a 4 night stay. Had a problem with the

Family with Teens
Great location near NASA and perfect for a Galveston day trip. Only one bed in any of the rooms and strictly a bagel or muffin for breakfast - no milk. Bathroom was moldy.

Traveling as Couple
Our A/C unit at home broke down, so this was an emergency stay for us. It was GREAT! They had cold airconditioning, and it was VERY clean.

The hotel was in a beautiful area and had several restaurants in walking distance, the hotel was clean and the staff was awesome.

Senior Traveler
When I found out of the hotel and we were suppose to have only one bed in the room, I called the hotel immediately to see whether I can be guaranteed for 2 beds instead. I was told no problem. Otherwise, we would have kept the other room that we had reserved with two beds already. I called and canceled the other reservation. When we got to the hotel about 10 pm. We were told that they had sold out all their rooms with 2 beds. We then asked to see whether we could have another room with the same price. They refused. ...read more
